If the recipient isn't home, I recommend that the person ordering holds on to the blooms until the recipient is available. Otherwise, I'll safekeep the arrangement and deliver it once the recipient can receive it in person. I've never once encountered an issue with this — either the sender or the recipient receives the flowers in hand at the time of delivery. To keep things seamless, I simply ask that you confirm the recipient will be home to accept their blooms.

To protect against supply loss, payment is required in full before any blooms are sourced. Without payment, no blooms will be purchased, and no bouquet can be guaranteed. You are free to cancel anytime before payment, but once payment has been made, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
